  4. Ab isme hari mirchey, dahi, zeera powder, namak or jaifal javitri powder dal dein or mix b krln(maine 1 aloo b shamil kia hai qk gosht nh khati I like aloo most)
  5. Low flame kar ke 2 minutes tak ache se bhun lein. Ab isme yakhni ka pani chan ke dal dein
  6. Jab pani me boil ajaye chawal shamil krden make sure pani chawal se 1 inch upar ho
  7. Jab pani dry hne lage dum par rkhden 15 minutes take. Maze dar pulao tyar hai
