Strain the yakhni only leaving the chicken in it.

- First take a pan add oil 3 tb in it add meat in it fry well add ginger garlic paste in it
- Add sonf in it chopped 2 onion in it add kali mirch dar cheni sabut danya long zeera bdi ilachi and green coriander in it
- Add 3 cups water to boil and tender meat
- When it tender take out water and keep it and meat is another bowl with the water
- Now take another pan add oil 6 tbsp in it add chopped onion when it light brown add all spices in it graded tomatoes and yoghurt in it add cook well add water and meat in ot
- When it cook tomato tender bonofy it till oil left
- Add washed rice in it some water to cook well until it tender
- When completely tender put it on a low flame
- After 10 min close the flame mix with spoon
- Now rice become ready serve with salad
