  15. Take 6-8 cup water for yahkni
  16. Get 1 Cup yougrt
  17. Take 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  18. Make ready 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  19. Prepare to taste Salt
  20. Make ready 1/2 tsp Black cumin(Kala zeera)
  21. Get 7-8 Dried plum
  22. Prepare 1 tbsp Green chilli paste

Mix mutton with salt, fennel powder, dry ginger powder, cloves, black peppercorns, cinnamon, bay leaves and green cardamom powder. In the recipe, mutton is cooked with onions and spices and herbs such as cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and bay leaves packed in. Gently wash and soak the rice in water. Cook the mutton with the red chilli, ginger, fennel seeds, black and green cardamoms, coriander seeds and salt in a pressure cooker, adding eight cups of water.

  1. Fennel seeds, coriander, onion, whole spices,salt, green chilli, ginger, bay leaves,star anise, water 8 glass. Put all together with meat and cook for 3hour until meat get tender.
  2. Now take out meat from yakhni and strain the yakhni. Keep aside
  3. Heat ghee in pot add black cumin and cooked meat and fry well now add ginger garlic paste green chilli paste bhunofy
  4. Now add yoghurt pepper salt plums bhunofy. Add prepared yakhni according to your rice. Bring it to boil - Now add soaked rice in it and mix it and cook it till the rice are 3/4 cooked and water is dried add fried onion
  5. Now put a lid on it and put it on dum 10-15 minutes on very low flame
  6. After dum yahkni pulao is ready….
