  7. Wash your hand and use your hand to scoop the yam mixture, shape into a ball,dip into the the egg,then into the bread crumbs and into the oil,fry until golden brown.
  8. Serve with either tea,pap or any drink of your choice and you can use ketchup as your dip. Enjoy
