Instructions to make Pilipili ya kukaanga:
- Blend the first 6 ingredients.
- Heat the oil and pour in your blended ingredients. Cover the pot and let it cook for around 5 mins or so.
- Stir the mixture, reduce the heat and leave your pilipili cooking until all the water evaporates ot it reduces into half and the oil is on top of the mixture😁.
- Add in your last two ingredients and stir let it cook for 5 mins or less.. taste and adjust the seasoning. Let it cool and enjoy.
