- In a cooking pot on medium heat, stir the sugar and water until it dissolves. Let it boil and thicken until its sticky. Test stickiness by rubing the syrup in between your index and thumb finger. Ensure it forms a continuous string.
- Add in the tablespoons of ghee and stir in well.
- Still in medium heat, Pour in the milk powder and stir continuously until its even and smooth for about three minutes
- Add in the dry fruits and vanilla essence and mix in.
- Pour the contents into the tin prepared in part 1. Let it sit for about an hour until its cool solid.
- Cut into desired sizes and enjoy.
