- Heat coconut oil in another pan. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves to the hot oil and let the seeds splutter.
- Add chopped onions and saute till golden brown.
- Add tomato puree and saute till oil separates. Add ground paste and mix well. Add Tamarind pulp, salt and turmeric as per taste. Cook for 5 - 10 minutes on low heat.
- Add boiled jackfruit and mix well. Cook for few minutes. Turn off the stove.
