- Take a kadhai add in 1 cup oil,cumin seeds,cinnamon,cloves and jackfruit and saute on a medium flame for a 8-10 min
- Add the onions, ginger garlic and saute on a medium flame for 5 min
- Add the tomatoes and all spices, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes while stirring occasionally
- Add the jackfruit, salt saute on a medium flame for 2 min add 2 cup water mix well and cook 10 to 15 minutes
- Jackfruit veg ready to eat and serve it
