Add tomato puree or cube shaped tomatoes, meat masala or curry powder. Bring the curry to a simmer. You can add less or more water as per your requirements. - Skin and cube jack fruit.Cook with a pinch of turmeric powder and salt till tender.
- In a kadai heat oil and saute chopped onion, garlic,ginger and green chillies
- Add tomato pieces and saute for some more time
- Add chilly powder coriander powder, and garam masala and continue stirring for a few more minutes
- Add half cup of water and add the cooked jackfruit pieces to this masala.
- Stir till all the water is absorbed and the gravy bind the jackfruit pieces.(If needed add half cup of thick coconut milk)
- Garnish with some curry leaves and serve hot
