  1. Make ready 400 grams bread flour

  5. When the dough has risen, cut it into 6 even chunks and shape these into small buns. Place the dough on a baking tray with grease-proofed paper, cover and leave in a warm spot for a further 30 minutes
  6. Pre-heat your oven to 200C/400F then gently beat the other egg. Use a pastry brush to lightly cover the buns to get that lovely brown crust. Optionally sprinkle with sesame seeds
  7. Put the tray of buns in the oven for about 15 - 20 minutes, or until golden brown
  8. Carefully remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes on a wire rack before serving. If you didn't add sesame seeds, a sprinkle of flour at this stage is a nice touch. Enjoy!
