- In a bowl add refined flour, baking soda, salt, 3 tbps refined oil, curd, mix it well and try to make dough. Now to knead a dough add little amount of water and knead a soft dough. Once dough is ready rest this dough for 2 hours.
- Now in another bowl add red, yellow and green diced bell pepper, diced onion, diced tomato, boiled corn, salt, red chilli powder and seasoning herb, mix well. This will help to remove excess water from stuffing.
- For filler cheese add 1/4 cup milk, 1 tbps corn flour, 1/2 bowl grated processed cheese in a pan and stir till it is semi form. And then keep it in freeze for 1/2 an hour.
- For for pizza base, take a medium size ball of refined dough. Now roll the ball in shape of medium size thick chapati and with fork prick evenly on this chapati. And bake both side very lightly on tawa.
- Now take medium size refined flour dough ball and roll it into thin chapati comparatively large size chapati.
- Now take a plate one that fits in your kadai. Now grease it with oil and put thin chapati on it. Spread filler cheese and some processed cheese evenly on it.
- Now put thick chapati on it and close it from all side. Now apply the base of pizza and pasta sauce and spread some processed cheese.
- Now add topping of veggies on it and once again spread cheese and add little topping again.
- Now pre heat a thick base kadai with base fill with salt. And a tripod for supporting plate.
- Now put your plate of pizza on top of it and cover the kadai with lid and cook for 20 minutes.
- Cheese burst pizza is ready to serve with sauce.
